Opportunities for postgraduate research with sponsorship are available immediately at the DSIP Research Group, Infocomm Research Alliance and Faculty of Electrical Engineering, UTM for the coming Semester 1, Session 2013 2014. The areas of research offered are spectrum sensing/surveillance, instantaneous frequency estimation, compressive sensing, video compression and video content analysis. The prospective candidates must be Malaysian, graduated from a recognized university with a CPA of at least 3.0/4.0 and have strong interest in the area of signal processing and image processing.
