DEAR ALL UTM FULL RESEARCH STUDENTS,

 

The last date to submit your thesis for viva (for graduating research students) for this semester is FRIDAY, 23 August 2013 (Friday a week before registration for next semester). Failed to submit it by this date would mean that you have to register and pay the fees for the next semester (IF YOU STILL HAVE ANY SEMESTER LEFT).

 

Before you submit your thesis for viva, please make sure that :

1. you have satisfied all requirements (have taken and passed the Research Methodology Course & University Compulsory Subject, with a grade of at least B-)

2. you have submitted the Notice of Submission of Thesis AT LEAST 3 months before you plan to submit your thesis. The Notice Of Submission of Thesis form can be accessed online at http://spsapp3.utm.my:8080/gsmsv21/. Students have to fill this form out and submit. The supervisor then has to fill out the necessary details and give 3 names for external examiners and 3 names of internal examiners (four names each if the students are UTM Staff). The application for Notice of Submission of Thesis has to be first endorsed in the Faculty's JKPS Meeting before JAPSU Meeting in SPS.
